Wee!~ A new gif I made again! This time it has sense. I captured the moments and included the subtitles because it's one of my favorite lines in that anime. I whitewashed it too to have some effect. Though it is kinda a bit small.

First, let me tell you that I use photoshop cs5. I click on file and go to Import > Videos to frames. Then I turn on the animations option visible so that you could modify frame by frame. And that's pretty much it. It's just easy so as long as you have the installed programs.

Oh, that? I know how to make animations with that.

I guess all I need to know is how to capture the frames.
